Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines is governed by a volunteer board of directors who guide strategic planning and manage council policy.
Board members represent the geographic areas of the council and are elected by delegates at the council’s Annual Meeting. Management of day-to-day operations is delegated to CEO Leigh Ann Davis.
