Step behind the scenes of camp magic! As a Counselor in Training, you will bridge the gap between being a camper and becoming a staff member. Your journey includes specialized staff-led training followed by "on-the-job" experience leading activities for younger scouts. You'll use the Girl Scout Leadership Experience as your roadmap for success.
Note to CITs: This program is the required prerequisite for CIT 11. Participants may stay through the weekend with a signed guardian waiver and will be housed in cabins or the Program Center.
