Get Excited! Digital Cookie is Coming!
Digital Cookie is an easy-to-use online tool available to Girl Scouts across the country. Girls will use Digital Cookie to supercharge their cookie business by taking orders, tracking purchases and deliveries, and forging a more direct digital connection with customers. Girls can also personalize their site while tracking their progress throughout the 2025 Cookie Program – all while earning cool cookie business badges and pins along the way!
Caregivers will receive their email invitation on January 24. Prior to then, families and troops should ensure that their Girl Scouts meet the following criteria:
- Be a registered Girl Scout.
- Have a caregiver listed in the Girl Scout membership system.
- The caregiver must have a valid email address.

Before participating in the 2025 Cookie Program, all girls must have a parent/guardian sign the online permission form. The permission form is an easy JotForm that, once submitted, will send permission to both the Troop Cookie Manager and Lakes and Pines, electronically. Families need the Troop Cookie Manager's email when completing.
Cookie Training and Cookie Q&A
Cookie Program Training: all will be virtual and recorded. Recorded sessions will be posted to gsLearn within seven days.
- December 12: Community Cookie Managers: Zoom: 6:30 – 7:30 register
- January 2: Troop Cookie Managers: Zoom: 6:30 –7:30 register
- January 14: Cupboard Managers: Zoom: 6:30 – 7:30 register
- We will again have regular Q&A sessions throughout the cookie season. Timely topics will be covered, and you can bring any pressing questions as well. Due to the nature of Q&A, these sessions may not be recorded. These sessions are scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm and will run for about an hour. Topics are listed below, but we are happy to jump into any questions you may have throughout the season. Register to have access to all four sessions:

March 19: Girl Delivery Closes in Digital Cookie to allow for approval/delivery
