Begin the journey from camper to counselor or horse counselor! Spend time in training sessions with staff or at the barn and then apply your skills with a group of girls. Use the Girl Scout Leadership Experience as a foundation for developing your leadership style. Completion of this program satisfies the prerequisite for CIT 2. With a signed guardian waiver, CIT's will be allowed to stay over the weekend dates.
